The Clinton-Massie reserve baseball team defeated Miami Trace 10-4 Monday in a South Central Ohio League game.

Corey May hurled a complete game victory with six strikeouts.

Clinton-Massie broke open a close game with six runs in the bottom of the fifth inning.

Cam Collett, Ashdain Martin and Kenton McInerney had two hits each. Tyler Lewis, Tyler Beam, Alec Thomas, Drew Houseman, Corey May, Matt Asher and Spencer Branham had one hit each.

On April 29, Clinton-Massie defeated East Clinton 10-3 with Martin picking up the win in relief of Collett. Martin went five innings with 10 strikeouts. He did not give up a hit or a walk to an EC batter.

Collett had three hits, including a triple. Beam had two singles and a double. Thomas had three singles.

Clint Hale, Lewis, May and Keith Mineer had one hit each.
