Two sand volleyball leagues are underway at J.W. Denver Williams Jr. Memorial Park. The Wilmington City Recreation Department sand volleyball leagues compete on Mondays and Thursdays at the park. Monday matches are held at 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. Matches on Thursdays are 6, 7, 8 and 9 p.m. Both league feature six-person, co-ed teams.
