WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE — The Wilmington High School girls golf team opened its season Tuesday with a loss to Miami Trace at the Golf Club at Quail Run.

Wilmington shot a 267 while Miami Trace had a 255.

“The team did very well for their first match of the season,” said WHS coach Steven Marquis.
