ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie girls tennis team enjoyed the weather and a 4-1 win over Waynesville Monday in a non-league match on the CM courts.
After a hot, humid and sometimes stormy weather start to the season, temperatures were in the mid- to upper-70s on Monday.
The win puts Massie at 2-1 on the year. This was the first match for Waynesville.
Claire Carruthers and Hailey Stinchcomb posted a 6-0, 6-0 win at first doubles.
