GREEN TOWNSHIP — The East Clinton boys golf team came up short to Miami Trace Thursday in a South Central Ohio League match at Snow Hill Country Club.

The Astros had a 207 while the Panthers posted a 179.

Mitchell Cremer of Miami Trace was match medalist with a 5-over 40 on the front nine.

For East Clinton, Brendon Walters and Ethan Cornwell both had 50.

Shane Streber and Logan Kelly had 52s for EC while Jake Olds and Gage McConnaughey both had 55s for EC.

Also for Miami Trace, Jake Batson had 47, Tyler Eggleton 45, Hyden Walters 51 and Cameron Carter 47.
