Wildcats celebrate first league title since ’07

With a 73-18 win over Bethel-Tate last Friday, the Blanchester High School football celebrated its first league championship since 2007 by claiming the outright title in the National Division of the Southern Buckeye Athletic & Academic Conference. The Wildcats will host the Amelia Barons Friday night at Barbour Memorial Field in the regular season finale. With a victory, Blanchester has hopes of advancing to the playoffs. The 2007 season also was the last time Blanchester made the post-season.
