RIGHT NOW I LIKE

Our energy and effort. We have a positive group of student-athletes that comes to practice hard everyday. The youthful passion will translate into tremendous growth potential as the season moves forward.

RIGHT NOW WE NEED TO IMPROVE

Our offensive continuity. Having such a young team there will always be a learning curve on the offensive side of the ball. There will be an ongoing process of the guys learning each other’s games and understanding the need to trust one another. I have no doubt that this will improve as the season progresses.

TEAM TO BEAT IN YOUR LEAGUE AND WHY

Every night in the USCAA is tough. This league possesses a lot of skillful players and coaches that may have went under recruited. There are a lot of veteran teams in our league that have been in some big games. We want to jump in and be as competitive as we can right away.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU’D LIKE TO SAY ABOUT TEAM, SEASON

The student-athletes that we were able to bring in this year will be a great foundation to what we are trying build as a staff and athletic program. They’ve worked very hard in the off-season through personal workouts administered by coach Woods. We have some talented kids that will help us win some ball games. Although young, we’re expecting some positive successes this season. I think we have a few players that will become household names in the community. We hope to be very competitive, fun and play the game the right way.
