CMMS boys golfers fall to MP, London

ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie Middle School boys golf team dropped a match to Madison-Plains and London Thursday at Majestic Springs Golf Course.

CM coach Phil Larrick said the Falcons improved their scores from the previous week but need to improve their short game.

Overall, Madison-Plains had a 189, London 195 and Clinton-Massie 198. Ian Bowshier of Madison-Plains was match medalist with a 40.

For Clinton-Massie, Carsyn Creager posted the low score with a 48.

Jackson Schultz was next in line with a 49 and Sam Glass had a 50. Kaleb Hughes and Ryan Pettijohn both shot 51s. Kolton Smith had a 58 and Clay Carroll had a 65.

Wilmington’s Rodger O. Borror Middle School also participated in the event with Jack Murphy shooting a 46.
