The intensity and enthusiasm the team brings to every practice is what drives their improvement. Team chemistry is high and everyone on the team has each other’s backs.

Like any team, we could always improve on the basic fundamentals of lacrosse. What we are trying to improve on is a deeper understanding of the game and focusing on the little things that separate average players from champions.
