Broncos bust Wildcats on tennis court 4-1

MT. ORAB — The Blanchester High School tennis team fell to Western Brown 4-1 Wednesday in a non-league match at WBHS.

“Another good match against a good opponent (which) allowed guys to get valuable match experience,” BHS coach Scott Shepard said. “We’re getting better every day.”

The lone win came at second singles where Wesley Mitchell posted a 6-1, 7-5 win over Caleb Fite.

Blanchester (1-2 on the year) will host Clermont Northeastern on Thursday.
