ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie tennis team netted a 4-1 win Thursday over Goshen in a non-league match on the CM courts.
On a windy day which made for some difficult conditions, coach Lynn Deatherage said, the Falcons improve to 3-6 on the year. Goshen will be a league opponent next season for Clinton-Massie when it joins the Southern Buckeye Athletic & Academic Conference.
“Developmentally the teams were very balanced,” Deatherage said.
Clayton Amburgy posted a clean 6-0, 6-0 win at first singles for CMHS.
