The Wilmington High School reserve softball team defeated East Clinton 21-10 on May 3.

The Lady Hurricane trailed early then came back for the win, coach Pete Brown said.

Kaylee Tackett struck out five and walked five on the mound for Wilmington.

Alix South had three hits and walked once at the plate for WHS. Nicole Gallion had two doubles and a single.
