The Wilmington College women’s soccer team went to England Aug. 2-9 for a preseason trip. The team played three “friendly” matches and posted three wins, one of which was against the Denham United Ladies (pictured), 2-1. The team toured famous landmarks such as Wembley Stadium (picture), Windsor Castle, the Tower of London and the Palace of Westminster, which is the location for Big Ben.
