The Blanchester eighth grade volleyball team defeated Clinton-Massie 25-8, 25-19 Thursday night.

Defensive players Rianna Mueller, Emma Winemiller and Madison Creager helped setters Taylynn Barr and Taylor Combs posted three assists each.

Autum Medley and Lacie Tedrick had three kills each while Makenna Maddix had two blocks and an ace. Brooklyn Bockstiegeel had a kill, three blocks, six aces and 12 points. Sam Naylor had two kills, seven points and five aces.
