GEORGETOWN – Blanchester’s Savannah Rhodes won the girls race Wednesday at the Vern Hawkins XC Invitational cross country meet.

Rhodes clocked in at 22:09.06 and topped the 52-runner field.

For the BHS boys, Sean Holland was the first runner to cross the finish line. He was 10th overall in 19:37.66.

The girls did not field a complete team while the boys were fifth overall.
