INDIANAPOLIS – Clinton-Massie sophomore Gabby Woods finished seventh in the second annual Girls Midwest Invitational golf tournament at Winding Ridge Golf Club.
The tournament was held Oct. 21-22 with golfers from Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois participating. There were more than 100 golfers in the tournament.
Woods had an 82 in the qualifying round then followed with an 82 in the championship round.
Ali Schrock of Pontiac Township High School in Illinois won the tournament with a final round 77. She also won the 2016 tournament.
