Bell to play baseball at Urbana

Wilmington High School senior Brett Bell has selected Urbana University to continue his baseball career next season. WHS baseball coach Dusty James said, “As long as I have known Brett, he has been the type of kid who goes all out all the time. He wants to win. Brett’s success in baseball, football, and in life is a direct representation of the type of person he is. A great leader. He never settles for anything less than his best and holds his teammates to that level as well. Urbana should be very happy to know that they are receiving a tough kid who will do anything you ask of him. I am excited to see how his senior year plays out. He will be missed in the baseball program and our younger guys will have big shoes to fill moving forward.” In the photo, from left to right, Amanda Bell, Brett Bell, Bryann Bell, Leyton Bell.
