Wilmington High School product Chad Roberts and his Northern Kentucky University baseball teammates will begin their season Friday at home against East Tennessee State.
First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.
Roberts started 47 of 56 games for the Norse last season. He had 49 hits, 15 doubles, two triples and six home runs. Roberts scored 33 runs and drive in 36 runs.
