Capital dumps Quakers 28-4 in men’s lacrosse

WILMINGTON – The Wilmington College men’s lacrosse team was defeated by Capital Wednesday night 28-4 at Townsend Field.

Wilmington is 4-9 overall and 1-6 in the Ohio Athletic Conference. The Quakers will face Muskingum 1 p.m. Saturday on Senior Day.

Jhordan Lang had two goals, both in the first half, and Andrew Miller and Mike Smith had one goal each. Tanner Diment picked up nine ground balls and goalie Jake Ladenforf recorded 14 saves on 55 shots faced.
