WHS bowling teams raise $650

The Wilmington HigH School bowling teams raised approximately $650 from its 9-pin, no-tap bowling event Oct. 25 at Royal Z Lanes.

Parents, bowlers and coaches helped at the event, according to WHS coach Joe Davis.

The top bowlers for Wilmington in the event were Ryan Hottinger with 300 and Hanna Lunsford with 279.

Event sponsors were Royal Z Lanes, Scott’s Pro Shot, Damons Steakhouse, Beaugard’s Southern BBQ, Adventure Cove Golf, WHS Athletic Boosters, Quali-Tee, Pilot Gas Station, R&L, Bill Marine Ford, R.C.C. Residential Community Care, Town and Country, Tashia Kerns and Angie Miller, Glad Construction, Red Zone, IHOP, Kratzer’s, South Street Wine Cellar, Lowes, Ace Hardware, Best One Tire, Valvoline Oil Changes, For A Song and A Story, Bob Evans, Little Ceasars, Staci and Chris Reiley, Susie Kerns, Wilmington Oil Change, and It Works-Tresa Back.
