BATAVIA — The East Clinton Junior High School wrestling team finished 5th Saturday at the Batavia Invitational.

John Cline was the 142-pound champion, rolling through his bracket with 4 pins and a 5-0 record.

Josh Cline was runnerup at 134 points, with 4 pins and a 4-1 record. Brayden Dotson was second at 160, finishing 4-1 with 3 pins.

Destiny Burns was 3-2 with 3 pins and finished 3rd at 150 pounds.

Kamrin Deboard and Brendon Walters both recorded pins for East Clinton in the tournament, but did not place.
