RIGHT NOW I LIKE …

How organized and developed the team is. We are working on movements, defenses, and offenses that take us to the next level of play because they require us to think and work off each other and this will allow us to be more successful as the season progresses. We have a solid foundation right now on which to build.

RIGHT NOW WE NEED TO IMPROVE …

Our midfield transition game on both sides of the ball. We have the small game in each end down but we need to do more repetitions carrying the ball in our end and preventing the other team from breaking our ride. The indoor turf space has been great but the one thing it can’t replace is the clearing and riding game. We just need to commit more time to it now that we can get outside more regularly.

OTHER THAN OUR TEAM, WHO WILL BE THE TEAM TO BEAT IN YOUR LEAGUE AND WHY

Other than our team, the team to beat is Mount Union. They are a strong team with a lot of resources. They have a large roster and can keep their legs fresh the entire game. Depth can add a whole new element to the game since it is such a long field and a long-winded game.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU’D LIKE TO SAY ABOUT TEAM, SEASON

I would like to say with our seasoned veterans being seniors this year I think you can expect a lot from us. This team has a great mental attitude and won’t give up. They are determined to make this the best season ever through hard work and continuing to improve. I’m very excited to see what they accomplish this season.
