WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Court handles criminal misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following were found guilty or pleaded guilty of crimes during the week of June 30 to July 3:

Blake Rom, 18, of Mason, underage consumption, sentencing stayed to allow defendant to complete diversion program.

Joseph Szymkowicz, 18, of Mason, underage consumption, sentencing stayed to allow defendant to complete diversion program.

Andre Singleton, 31, of Wilmington, assault, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $100 court costs, two years supervised probation. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.

Kyle Goings, 31, of Wilmington, receiving stolen property, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $50, assessed $100 court costs, two years unsupervised probation.

Dylan Ballein, 21, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana and reckless operation, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $600, assessed $200 court costs, must complete three-day driving intervention program, if compliant jail and part of the fine will be suspended.

Joseph Jimison, 29, of New Vienna, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Jesse McCann, 21, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $200 court costs.

Randall Suttles, 49, of New Vienna, domestic violence and menacing, sentencing stayed to allow defendant to complete mental health assessment. The domestic violence charge was amended from a first-degree misdemeanor count of domestic violence. The menacing charge was amended from a first-degree misdemeanor charge of assault.

Thomas Ward, 26, of Sabina, obstruction of official business, assessed $100 court costs.

Terri Reed, 27, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $50, assessed $100 court costs, two years unsupervised probation. The charge was reduced from assault.

Joshua Creed, 29, of Washington Court House, theft, sentenced 60 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, two years unsupervised probation, no contact with Walmart.

Russell Smith, 52, menacing, sentenced 180 days jail, assessed $100 court costs, supervised probation, assessment at Solutions or Talbert House required. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Kathy Guenther, 42, of Wilmington, possession of criminal tools, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), fined $600, assessed $100 court costs, two years supervised probation, if compliant jail and $500 of the fine would be suspended. The charge was reduced from a first-degree misdemeanor charge of attempting a crime.

Brandon Powell, 22, of Blanchester, dangerous drugs, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), assessed $100 court costs, jail suspended on condition defendant complete probation in Highland County. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Gary Bowman, 49, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, sentenced 10 days jail (suspended), fined $50, assessed $100 court costs, no contact with a certain woman. The charge was reduced from a third-degree misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.

Brandon Ertel, 29, of Martinsville, disorderly conduct, sentenced 10 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $100 court costs, must pay restitution to Blanchester Police Department, no uninvited contact with a certain woman. The charge was amended from trespassing. Additionally, a charge of criminal damages against Ertel was dismissed.

Natasha White, 25, of Blanchester, theft, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), assessed $100 court costs, must pay $100 restitution.

Patrick Moran, 19, of Gahanna, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs. A separate charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

The following had charges that were dismissed in court:

Garry Brown II, 43, of Clarksville, complicity; charge dismissed upon payment of court costs.

Andrew Radabaugh, 25, of Wilmington, theft; charge dismissed as defendant served entire sentence.

Matthew Allbright, 25, of Wilmington, domestic violence; charge dismissed for completion of diversion program.

David Curl, 61, possession of drug abuse instrument; charge dismissed.

Dwight Bullard, 39, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.
