Blan’s Browning wins Bethel-Tate Inv.

BETHEL — Blanchester’s Hunter Browning won the Bethel-Tate Cross Country Invitational middle school boys race Saturday at BTHS.

Browning finished the three-kilometer event in 11:56.55.

As a team, Blanchester was seventh overall.

Also for the Wildcats, Tanner Creager was sixth in 12:37.29, Nick Phillips was 71st in 14:59.53, Brian Miller 83rd in 15:24.52, Nolan Gray 93rd in 15:35.82, Carter Stevens 94th in 15:36.16, Matthew Holland 104th in 16:09.73, Matthew O’Neill 134th in 18:15.72, Avin Whitaker 135th in 18:16.06 and Johnathan Trivett 146th in 20:46.36.

In the girls race, Ally Davis led the young Ladycats by finishing 13th in 15:08.88.

Also, Ashlin Benne was 50th in 17:14.06 and Jade West was 89th in 23:31.69.
