Clinton County public officials took their oaths of office Wednesday afternoon as they prepare to start new terms in January 2017. James is new to the Veterans Service Commission, succeeding Jack Rose. Brenda Woods, who will assume office next week as a new Clinton County commissioner, was sworn in Dec. 11.
