ADAMS TOWNSHIP – Clinton-Massie went on an 18-3 run in the third and fourth quarters, including the first 10 points of the final period, and held off Greenfield McClain 56-50 in South Central Ohio League boys basketball action Friday.
The Falcons (7-12, 6-7) took advantage of reaching the bonus at the 6:26 mark of the fourth quarter and double-bonus 93 seconds later to help turn a 38-35 deficit after three quarters into a 45-38 advantage. Massie hit five of six from the charity stripe in 10-0 spurt.
