A boy, Elijah Jacob Smith, was born at 5:14 p.m. May 5, 2017 at at Clinton Memorial Hospital to Kelli (Mann) and Steven Smith of Clinton County.

The baby weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20.5 inches in length. He is welcomed home by siblings Brooklyn, Hannah, Gracie, Colton, Sara, Matthew and McKenzie.

Maternal grandfather is Gary Mann of Goshen, and paternal grandparents are Rhonda Fisher of Wilmington and Howard Smith of New Mexico.
