
A year after earning second team all-conference honors, Katlyn Jamiel was named to the Great-Midwest Athletic Conference women’s soccer first team.
The third-year midfielder operated as a fulcrum in the midfield and could switch the Black and Gold attack on a dime, according to a story on the school’s website. She also registered an assist during the Panthers 3-0 win on the road against Ohio Valley.
The junior is a biology major. She graduated from Wilmington High School in 2018.
Callan Myers of Hillsboro also earned first team G-MAC All-Conference honors for the first time after enjoying a career season this spring. Myers finished the season in a seven-way tie for the G-MAC Golden Boot, after scoring a career-high five goals.
