Happy birthday to Elizabeth “Libby” Tissandier, who will be 102 on Sunday, Sept. 19.

She was born 9-19-1919 and still has her quick wit and great sense of humor. She resides at Wilmington Nursing and Rehab Center at 75 Hale St.
