Massie 7th grade overwhelms Mt. Orab 56-19

ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie seventh grade boys basketball team defeated Mt. Orab 56-19 Thursday night.

The Falcons played well defensively and the overall effort was outstanding.

Barron Phipps led CMMS with 23 points.

Easton Vinup and Wyatt Scott had eight points each. Hayden Meeker added seven. Cash Burton and Jarris Moore scored three points each. Eli Janis and Carson Long rounded out the scoring with two points each.

Massie dominated from the start, leading 19-7 after one and 38-12 at the half. The Falcons closed out the game with a 16-2 third quarter advantage.
