The board of SRWW Joint Fire District #2 held its reorganization meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 17 at the Sabina Firehouse.

Officers for 2023 are Peggy Sloan, Sabina village representative, as president, and Paul Whittington, Wilson Township representative, will be the vice president. The other members are Kevin Bean, Wayne Township representative, and Richland Township representative, Rick Grove. Charles (Chuck) Gaskins is the fire chief and Bonnie Starcher is the fiscal officer.

Meetings are open to the public and are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 8 p.m. at the Sabina Firehouse, 179 S. Jackson Street, Sabina.
