Michael and Linda Flanigan were married on December 28, 1968, while Mike was on leave from the Air Force.

They recently celebrated their 50th anniversary with family and friends at a party thrown by their three children, Tim (Jaime) Flanigan, Melissa Flanigan, and Michael (Chastity) Flanigan.

The Flanigans also have six grandchildren, Taylor, Tori, Alex, Austin, and Andrew Flanigan, Taylor Dewitt, and Nick Dixon. They also have one great-grandson, Bentley.
