Frank and Beth Germann Moone of Cincinnati are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Ann, to Kirk Allen Payne, a son of Kevin and Kathy Payne of Columbus.
Natalie Moone is a granddaughter of Bob and Betty Lou Germann of Wilmington, and of William and the late Nira Moone from Columbus.
She is an alumna of the University of Kentucky. She is employed as a recruitment consultant for Wilson HCG.
Kirk Payne is an alumnus of Ohio University. He is employed as a mechanical project engineer at Bruner Corporation.
The couple is planning an August wedding in Cincinnati.
