After a recent Lions Club visit from Kim Vandervort, Director of the Clinton County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) program, many Lions Club members participated in purchasing stuffed plush toy animals that will be donated to CASA. Kim described the need for these comfort toys when young children enter the CASA program. Almost 70 stuffed animals were collected at the Monday night meeting. Some members unable to attend the meeting also had more to add to this collection.
