On Thursday the all-children playground off Fife Avenue was a busy place as workers prepared to place a pre-assembled handicap-accessible restroom facility on the site. An earlier $100,000 grant gave the project a boost. A special crane was needed to lift the facility which reportedly weighs 58,000 pounds.
