More Clinton County Municipal Court dispositions

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between April 15 and April 19, 2019:

• Mark Nichols, 48, of Lynchburg, theft, sentenced to six days in jail (three days suspended), fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. Nichols must write a letter of apology to the victim, have no contact with them, pay $49.94 in restitution, and must commit no further offenses in Clinton County for the rest of the year.

• Dylan Payne, 26, of Leesburg, theft, sentenced to three days in jail, fined $150, assessed $125 court costs. Payne must write a letter of apology and pay restitution to the victim.

• Mariah Mider, 26, complicity, sentenced to six days in jail (three days suspended), fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. Mider must write a letter of apology to the victim, have no contact with them, pay $49.94 in restitution, and must commit no further offenses in Clinton County for the rest of the year.

• Carla Teboe, 50, of Jeffersonville, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Teboe must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of fine and vacate ALS. A seat belt violation and a stop sign violation were dismissed.

• Jordan Miller, 28, of Piketon, drug possession, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. Miller must commit no further offenses for two years and complete non-reporting probation. Two additional drug possession charges were dismissed.

• Jason Dixon, 38, of Springfield, driving under suspension-non-compliance suspension, fined $150, assessed $125 court costs.

• Amber Dague, 32, of Hillsboro, drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension-financial, fined $400, assessed $250 court costs. Additional charges of marijuana possession and driving under suspension-failing to reinstate were dismissed.

• Kenyon Perry, 23, of Clarksville, improper handling of a firearm, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs.

• Donald Cody, 30, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs.

• Robert Garrison Jr., 23, of Lynchburg, going 91 in a 65 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.

• Perry Murphy, 58, of Blanchester, driving under suspension, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by Murphy. A fictitious registration charge was dismissed.

• Johnathan Riley, 33, of Cincinnati, going 95 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by Riley.

• Brady Matthews, 18, of Pataskala, going 92 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by Matthews.
