Helena Patrick was selected as the 2019 Outstanding Provider for the Clinton County Board of DD at the Annual Provider Recognition Luncheon held on May 7 at the Nike Center.

A committee of four county board staff reviewed nine nomination forms from family and individuals who receive services through the Clinton County Board of DD and selected Patrick as the 2019 winner.
