WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between April 29 and May 3, 2019:

• Robert Baer, 35, of Wilmington, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. Baer must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of fine. ALS vacated. A driving under suspension charge was dismissed.

• Krista Anteck, 41, of New Vienna, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. Anteck must complete SUD treatment through Talbert House in lieu of a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and complete two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated. A child endangerment charge was dismissed.

• Dylan Jenkins, 25, of Midland, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Jenkins must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of fine. ALS vacated. A marked lanes violation was dismissed.

• James Tackett, 40, of Blanchester, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Tackett must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of fine. ALS vacated. An additional O.V.I. charge was dismissed.

• Dylan Viviano, 20, of Wilmington, trespassing, O.V.I., drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 38 days in jail (30 days suspended), operator’s license suspended from May 9, 2019 to May 9, 2021, fined $1,475, assessed $375 court costs. Viviano must have no contact with the victim, must not commit any further offenses in the county for two years. Operator’s license destroyed, no driving privileges granted. ALS vacated. Additional charges of marijuana possession, no operator’s license, and a head lights violation.

• Tammy Jones, 40, of Blanchester, drug instrument possession, sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $750, assessed $125 court costs. Jones must take part in supervised probation.

• Kathryn Parker, 24, escape, sentenced to 180 days in jail (150 days suspended).

• Michele Arledge, 43, of Wilmington, child endangerment, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $300, assessed $125 court costs.

• Charles Shaw Bray, 27, of Hillsboro, failing to stop after an accident, driving under suspension, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $600, assessed $250 court costs. A failure to control charge was dismissed.

• Michael Cole, 28, of Sabina, child endangerment, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. Cole must commit no further offenses for two years and complete non-reporting probation.

• Vickie Cook, 54, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $100. Jail time stayed. Cook must not go to the location and must write a letter of apology to the victim.

• Bonnie Harrison, 28, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs.

• Juilla Elkine, 40, disorderly conduct, sentenced to six days in jail, assessed $125 court costs.

• Audrey Azbill, 38, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• James Price, 31, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Debben Chapman, 20, of Clarksville, fined $65, assessed $125 court costs.

• Kortnie Wilson, 25, of Sabina, obstructing official business, fined $150, assessed $125 court costs. A driving under suspension-failing to reinstate was dismissed.

• Larry Tackett, 38, of Chillicothe, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• David Coccia, 23, of Sabina, going 98 in a 65 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.

• Nicholas Stuckey, 25, of Wilmington, going 101 in a 65 mph speed zone, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Zachery Whitaker, 26, of Blanchester, criminal damages, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Denny Taylor, 54, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. A stop sign violation was dismissed.

• Antonia Gilbert, 29, of Hillsboro, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by Gilbert.
