Changes to CM Class of ‘69 reunion

Some changes have been made for the Clinton-Massie Class of 1969 reunion — the Sunday meal is now a carry-in and no money is needed.

The Sunday, Aug.25 reunion meal carry-in meal will be served at 3 p.m. Each person or couple is to bring a dish to share; no money is needed. the reunion will be held 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Hugh Heiland House on Wilmington College campus. Take Rombach Ave. towards Wilmington College, veer onto Fife Ave. in front of the campus. Turn right onto Quaker Way. Park at first parking lot on left. A sidewalk will bring classmates to rear of Heiland House.

Rod’s Capricorn Inn will provide pork barbecue and chicken salad. Cold drinks and table service will be furnished.

Call or text Phala at 937-725-9368 if you plan to attend so she will know how much meat to prepare. Give names of each person coming by Aug. 21.

The get-together Saturday evening before the reunion will be at McD’s Pub, 1400 W. Locust St., Wilmington at 7 p.m. No reservations are needed.
