The Clinton County Health District will be offering an exam session for individuals who have completed an Ohio Department of Health (ODH) approved online training course or who need to retake the ServSafe Manager exam at 9 a.m. Wednesday Oct. 23.
Online ServSafe Manager food safety training course can be found on the ServSafe website at https://www.servsafe.com.
Those seeking Ohio Manager Certification in food protection, formerly known as Ohio Level II Certification will gain this certification with a passing score. The exam will be administered by Katie Burwinkel, Registered ServSafe Proctor and Registered Sanitarian with the Clinton County Health District.
The cost of the exam is $75 and registration forms are available at the Clinton County Health District. Submit registration and fee by Oct. 9. Exam session is limited to 35 persons.
Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis and must be paid in full in order to secure a spot. To participate in the exam individuals must provide documentation proving you completed an ODH approved training course and a valid photo ID.
