Free dinner at Blan’s Grace UMC

Grace United Methodist Church in Blanchester will host a free dinner for the community 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26 — the last Grillin’ Out of the season — in the fellowship hall of the church. All are welcome.

Pig roast fundraiser set

Everyone is invited to the Olive Branch United Methodist Church Men’s Pig Roast on Sunday, Sept. 22 from 4-7 p.m. at 7315 Wilmington Road, Oregonia.

Dinner includes pork or beef sandwiches, baked beans, slaw, homemade applesauce, beverages, and homemade pies and cakes — all for a freewill donation. Whole pie auctions will be held during the event as well.

All proceeds will help the men’s group purchase Christmas meals for needy local families. Call the church with questions at 513-932-3943.
