CMH welcomes several physicians

WILMINGTON — Clinton Memorial Hospital recently welcomed several new physicians to its medical staff:

• Interventional cardiologist Syed Husain, MD, practices with Cardiology Associates of Southwest Ohio in the CMH Professional Office Building.

“We’re excited to welcome Dr. Husain as he joins the team of physicians serving our interventional needs as part of Cardiology Associates of Southwest Ohio,” said CMH CEO Lance Beus. “He brings twenty years of cardiology experience and we’re confident he will serve our patients well.”

• Emergency medicine physicians Justin Cole, MD; Lalit Goyal, MD; Sylvia Esser-Gleason, DO; Deborah Rogers, DO; John Miller, DO; and Andrew Vang, DO.

Drs. Cole, Goyal, Esser-Gleason, Rogers and Miller practice with Envision Physician Services and will be seeing patients within the Emergency Department at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

“We’re pleased to welcome these physician to our medical staff and know they will – and are – taking excellent care of our patients,” said Beus. “They bring years of experience across a broad spectrum of emergency and critical care.”

• Syed Ahsan, DO, a Hospitalist, will oversee acute care and open intensive care unit patients. “Dr. Ahsan is a well-trained physician with years of experience in a variety of clinical settings,” said Beus.

• Gabriel Salamie, MD, an anesthesiology physician, comes to CMH with 20 years of experience in.

“Dr. Salamie has broad anesthesiology experience in a variety of hospital settings and brings a tremendous skillset to our patients,” said Beus, “and we know he is well-prepared to join our surgical team.”
