More CC municipal court sentences imposed

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20, 2019:

• Amanda Mettler, 40, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from a resisting arrest charge. Mettler must commit no further offenses for two years and complete non-reporting probation.

• Scott Adams, 50, of Goshen, trespassing, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. Adams must have no contact with the victims. Additional charges of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

• Linwood Grace Jr., 23, of Wilmington, obstructing official business, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. Grace must take part in supervised probation and must write a letter of apology to the arresting officer. Additional charges of disorderly conduct, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, a stop sign violation, and registration violation was dismissed.

• Jesse Knisley, 38, theft, sentenced to nine days in jail, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. Knisley must have no contact with the victim.

• Joseph Hayslip, 37, of Blanchester, no operator’s license unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, sentenced to four days in jail, fined $200, assessed $370 court costs.

• Kristina Gustin, 29, of Lynchburg, drug possession, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The contraband was ordered destroyed.

• Ryan Horton, 34, of Cincinnati, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs.

• Tana Hayslip, 29, of Martinsville, driving under suspension-12 point suspension, driving under suspension, fined $500, assessed $270 court costs.

• Marvin Renner, 44, of Bethel, driving under suspension, failure to control, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $550, assessed $270 court costs.

• Noah Mwaitenda, 18, of Reynoldsburg, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Mwaitenda.

• Gabriel Standley, 25, of Gahanna, going 90 in a 70 mph speed, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Standley.

• Jessica Mays, 39, of Columbus, going 95 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Mays.

• Robert Lewis, 51, of Pickerington, going 91 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Lewis.

• Jeffrey Butler III, 19, of Blanchester, criminal damages. Sentencing stayed to allow Butler to complete diversion. A resisting arrest charge was dismissed.
