October was proclaimed “Breast Cancer Awareness Month” by the Clinton County commissioners this week. The importance of early detection of breast cancer is emphasized in the text of the proclamation. “Paying attention to the body” was also mentioned during the commissioners’ meeting. For the occasion, commissioners were joined by three county government employees.
