Southern Hills Community Bank presents “Cookies with Characters” on Saturday, Oct. 12. If you like Disney and other popular characters, you’ll love this fundraising event for the Highland County Senior Citizens Center. Meet and dance with your favorite characters. Limited tickets are on sale now at HighlandSeniors.com or call the Center at 937-393-4745. There are three different time frames for which you can select to purchase your tickets. Kid’s ticket includes a free character bucket, coloring book, ice cream, cookies and drink. Surprise mystery boxes are available.
