Joint rec levy topic at Kiwanis

The Wilmington Kiwanis Club had as guest speaker at its Thursday, Oct. 3 meeting Ron Rudduck, who spoke about the Clinton County Joint Recreation District Levy.

He spoke about the benefits of passing the levy for Clinton County residents. The Wilmington Kiwanis Club supports passing of the Clinton County Joint Recreation District Levy.

Also, the Kiwanis Club stated that its Annual Pancake Breakfast will be 8 a.m.-noon Saturday, Oct 26 at the Wilmington Presbyterian Church, 840 Timber Glen. Tickets are only $5 for all you can eat pancakes, eggs and sausages.

This October project benefits the club’s many community projects in Clinton County such as the BUGs, 4-H, Boy Scouts, Buckeye Girls & Boys State, and Kiwanis’ Clinton County Key Clubs at Clinton Massie, Wilmington and East Clinton High Schools.
