WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between Jan. 18 and Jan. 22:

• Natasha Anderson, 28, of Enon, child endangerment, sentenced 10 days jail (stayed), fined $250, assessed $115 court costs. Jail stayed to allow Anderson to complete a parenting class. If compliant, court will suspend jail and fine. A separate charge of child endangerment against Anderson was dismissed.

• Timothy Homan, 44, of Alpha, trespassing, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation, no contact with a certain family. If compliant, court will suspend $300 of the fine.

• Carrie Day, 38, of Oregonia, obstruction of official business, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $750, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation, gun forfeited. Jail was suspended on condition of probation. If compliant, court will suspend $250 of the fine.

• Dustin Quigley, 29, of New Vienna, obstruction of official business and possession of marijuana, sentenced 10 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $230 court costs, 20 hours community service, license suspended for six months. Charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia against Quigley were dismissed.

• Candace Allen, 33, of Martinsville, child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $1,250, assessed $230 court costs, must attend treatment if needed. If compliant, court will suspend $600 of the fine, license suspended for six months. A separate charge of child endangerment against Allen was dismissed.

• Brittany Hoggatt, 21, of Blanchester, domestic violence, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $1,000, assessed $115 court costs.

• Tarez Gray, 19, of Dayton, possession of marijuana, fined $85, assessed $115 court costs.

• Kyle Shoemaker, 23, of Findlay, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50, assessed $115 court costs.

• Brandon McComas, 25, of Morrow, theft, sentenced three days jail (two days suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, write letter of apology to victim, pay $2.50 restitution. A charge of disorderly conduct against McComas was dismissed.

• Justin Blair, 24, of Beavercreek, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $200, assessed $230 court costs.

• Danny Knisley, 60, of Bainbridge, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Ashley McCurry, 28, of Wilmington, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $750, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation. If compliant, court will suspend $375 of the fine.

• Chane McCoy, 43, of Midland, domestic violence, sentenced 10 days jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $115 court costs, one year supervised probation.

• Melissa Phillips, 35, of Wilmington, fined $50, assessed $115 court costs.

• Joshua Sweet, 21, obstruction of official business and possession of marijuana, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $400, assessed $230 court costs, supervised probation, license suspended for six months.

• Jessica Lewis, 21, of Clarksville, theft, sentencing stayed to allow defendant to complete diversion program.

• Richard Price, 35, of Wilmington, domestic violence, sentencing stayed to allow defendant to complete diversion.

The following had charges dismissed:

• Clifford Thompson Jr., 21, of Wilmington, theft; charge dismissed.

• Jeffrey Salisbury, 37, of Wilmington, theft; charge dismissed without prejudice.

Also in Clinton County Municipal Court:

• Rodney Goings, 40, of Wilmington, was bound over to Clinton County Common Pleas Court with a $15,000 bond. Goings is charged with alleged domestic violence.
