More sentenced in Clinton County Municipal Court

The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Nov. 12 and Nov. 15, 2019:

• Ryan Campbell, 26, of Wilmington, two counts of trespassing, theft, sentenced to 40 days in jail, fined $300, assessed $405, Campbell must have no contact with the victims and pay $7.78 in restitution to one. Three additional trespassing charges were dismissed.

• Harold Tackett, 40, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, domestic violence, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,250, assessed $270 court costs. Tackett must have no contact with the victim, must commit no further offenses for two years, and complete non-reporting probation.

• Zachary Bilinovich, 30, of Clarksville, obstructing official business, inappropriate handling of a firearm, sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,250, assessed $135 court costs. The “obstructing” offense was amended from a failure to comply charge. Bilinovich must commit no further offenses for four years, complete non-reporting probation, and write a letter of apology to the arresting officer. The firearm was forfeited to the state.

• Casey Lundy, 36, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. Additional charges of driving under suspension-financial and no eye protection were dismissed.

• Justyn Runyon, 24, of New Vienna, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from a trespassing charge.

• Brianna McGuire, 20, of Chillicothe, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs.

• William Lewis, 36, of Midland, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs.

• Linda Tucker, 33, of Blanchester, trespassing, fined $30, assessed $135 court costs.

• Bethany Viar, 19, of Washington Court House, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs.

• Austin George, 20, of New Vienna, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by George.

• Shane Jallick, 44, of Cincinnati, disorderly conduct, fined $65, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Jallick.

• Michelle Huffman, 19, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Huffman.

• Cohen Harden, 26, of Greenfield, drug possession, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Harden.

• Roy Wilson, 62, of Norwood, disorderly conduct, fined $65, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Wilson.

• Larry Sanders, 40, of New Richmond, disorderly conduct, fined $65, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Sanders.
