Ag Society assembles in Expo Hall

The Clinton County Agricultural Society (also known as the Senior Fair Board) held its annual Christmas Dinner Meeting where members enjoy a catered meal and hear a recap of the year. The event was Monday evening in Expo Hall on the fairgrounds. Ag Society President Scot Gerber announced the Clinton County Convention & Visitors Bureau has approved a $30,000 grant to the agricultural society to go toward a 2020 event that will go along with the Spring Nationals Truck and Tractor Pulls held at the fairgrounds. The Saturday event will be called “Country Invasion” and is expected to involve a truck show as well as live country music including a headliner.
