KEY LARGO, Fla. (AP) — An Ohio man died Tuesday while diving in the Florida Keys, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said.

Carroll E. Demaris Jr., 46, was unconscious when he was pulled from the water and brought back to the boat off of Key Largo, sheriff’s spokesman Adam Linhardt said in an email.

Demaris was from Cincinnati. He was diving the Spiegel Grove wreck with the Rainbow Reef Dive Center.

Autopsy results are pending, Linhardt said. Foul play is not expected.
